Since 2019, ILC has supported members with conducting Gender Audits as part of the ILC Gender Action Plan. Since 2022, the number of platforms involved in the auditing process has progressively increased. In 2024, Gender Audits scaled up to further reinforce members' knowledge and expertise about Gender Justice, and will do so based on a dedicated assessment. Additionally, ILC supported some of its members in the implementation of Gender Action Plans based on Gender Audits.
This Gender Justice Lab, conducted in 2024, features the success of the Gender Audits and their positive impact on ILC membership.

- What are the most significant achievements and challenges of a Gender Auditing process?
- How to positively act towards Gender Justice through a Gender Audit and a Gender Action Plan?
Speakers will be defined throughout the process of Gender Audit assessment and Gender Action Plan selection.
