Since 2019 ILC supports ILC members to conduct Gender Audits as part of the ILC Gender Action Plan. Since 2022 the number of platforms involved in the auditing process has progressively increased. In 2024 Gender Audits will scale up to further reinforce ILC members knowledge and expertise about Gender Justice, and will do so based on a dedicated assessment. ILC will also support some of its members in the implementation of Gender Action Plans based on Gender Audits. This Gender Justice Lab features the success of the Gender Audits and their positive impact on ILC membership.

- What is a Gender Audit and how to conduct one?
- What are the most significant achievements and challenges of a Gender Auditing process?
- How to positively act towards Gender Justice trough a Gender Audit and a Gender Action Plan?
Speakers will be defined throughout the process of Gender Audit assessment and Gender Action Plan selection.
