2022 ILC Award Competition - call for submissions of Good Practices!
ILC is inviting members and other interested organisations to participate in the 2022 Global Land Forum by entering the ILC Award Competition. ILC members are doing amazing work and are leading the fight for a more just and equitable world. We would like to expand our collective knowledge in our Database of Good Practices, which provides concrete examples and guidance to ILC members and partners.
During the GLF, we will announce the winner of the third ILC award for a good practice that has generated positive change on one of the following themes:
- People-centred land governance for equitable and just societies
- Peace-building
- Sustainable food systems
- Climate justice
- Youth access to land
- Gender justice
Good practices will be ranked based on clarity, originality and potential for replicability and adaptability.
For this edition we will also consider good practices already present in our database, and submitted since the Bandung Global Land Forum of 2018
THE PRIZE
- The winner will be awarded with a documentary video and a photo essay on their practice (see examples of previous winners in 2015 and 2018)
- The shortlisted best practices in each theme will get a booth at the GLF Fair of Ideas, and will be promoted on social media
- All eligible good practices will be published on ILC's website
