OXFAM together with its partners has developed a Training of Trainers (ToT) manual on Transformative Leadership for Women’s Land Rights (TLWR) as a product of a European Union (EU) funded project named Women’s Land Rights for Inclusive Development and Growth in Africa which covers eight countries. Namely, Cameroon, Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa, Togo, and Tunisia.
The purpose of the TLWR ToT manual is to introduce TLWR as a tool and to give a contextual background of Women’s Land Rights (WLR), land tenure systems and the impact of Large-Scale Land-based Investment (LSLBI) in Africa. It will be used to train trainers who will then train women and communities on how to use the tool to carries out WLR evidence studies and engage with land tenure reform institutions and LSLBI impact mitigation actors. The manual is available in English, French and Portuguese.

In its entirety, the manual covers 10 modules that are grouped into five sections.
