The publication includes a chapter on the Land Rights Now campaign launched in 2016 by ILC, Oxfam and RRI in solidarity with the struggles of Indigenous Peoples and local communities seeking to secure their land rights. The chapter shows how the Civil Society Organization Working Group on Land Rights Reform in Liberia in collaboration with the global campaign Land Rights Now successfully called on the Government of Liberia to pass a Pro-Community Land Rights Act that would ultimately improve the lives of 3 million Liberians.
